What will You do if I order larger quantity than is available?
If You order more than 500 pieces, our staff will contact You to agree on the best terms for You.
Can I order less than the quantity specified on the website?
The minimum quantity which is specified at each product page is the smallest possible number of pieces which can be offered for the given type of product for technology-related and economic reasons.
Can I cancel my order?
If Your order hasn’t been sent to production yet, You may cancel Your order at no fee. If production has began, orders cannot be modified or cancelled any longer. In this case, we insist that You pay for the order in full amount.
How long does it take?
Average delivery time is 4 weeks. Delivery time depends both on the type of glassware and decoration technology used. This is the reason why the expected delivery term for each individual offer is specified in order confirmation.
What happens after I place my order?
After Your order has been registered, You will receive an email with order summary. Our graphics department will then process Your order and create a manufacturing preview based on Your materials. This preview can differ from Your specifications due to technological capabilities of glass decoration. Our sales representative will then make sure that our offer is complete. After everything is ready, You will be invited to confirm Your order.
How will the order be delivered?
The order will be delivered either to Sahm branch office of Your choice to be picked up upon notification and paid for on working days between 8 am and 4 pm, or to Your address by Sahm shipper, depending on the choice of delivery method. You will receive notification of the delivery date in advance, as well as of the price of order to be paid to the shipping company, except for cases where the order was paid upfront. Or it will be delivered by a selected shipping company.
What do I do if the order is damaged upon delivery?
We always try to do our best to make sure Your order is delivered intact. However, we cannot exclude damage to glassware during shipping entirely. Therefore, pay extra attention when You accept the delivery. It is Your responsibility to check the consignment on delivery. If the consignment is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. In case of small defects, please document them, ideally, as photographs. If the defects are not documented, we cannot claim damages from the shipping company. If there are any defects, please e-mail the photographs and information including order number and delivery date to us at email@example.com. This information must be sent to us within 24 hours from delivery so we can claim damages. No claims submitted later than within the first 24 hours from delivery will be accepted. Sahm will submit Your claim with the shipping company directly.
What are the payment terms?
For new customers, large orders or complicated decor, the manufacturer reserves the right to ask for advance payment. In other cases, payment is accepted in cash upon delivery.
Logos, images and texts used?
The customer placing the order is responsible for having the right to use the logo, the image or the text to be used as decoration. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for unauthorized use of logo, image or text supplied for decoration purposes.
