We are a company with more than 120 years of tradition specialising in the decoration of glass, ceramics and porcelain. Our products with logos, images and information are used worldwide, which ranks us among the best in the industry.

Price, quantity and delivery time

What is the minimum order for glass printing?

The minimum order quantity is 144 pieces. Smaller quantities cannot be ordered due to technological and economic reasons. The quantity will be automatically rounded to full cartons.

How much does glass decoration with a logo cost?

The decoration price depends on the quantity, decoration size and number of colours. After submitting your enquiry in the e-shop, you will immediately see the estimated price and can also view how the price would change with different quantities.

Why may the delivered quantity differ from the ordered quantity?

The delivered quantity may differ by ±10% due to production technology. During firing, some pieces may crack or be rejected during quality control. If a larger quantity is delivered within this tolerance, you will be asked to pay the difference at the unchanged unit price.

What is the delivery time?

Standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks. It may vary depending on production seasonality and glass availability. If you have a fixed deadline (e.g. event date), please note it in your order - we always try to meet your deadline. If we cannot meet it, we will inform you in advance.

Do you offer samples before ordering?

Yes, you can request sample production. The price for 2 sample pieces is 100 EUR.

Decoration technologies

What decoration technologies do you offer?

We use several technologies depending on the nature of the order:

• Manual and automatic screen printing – up to 8 colours, high durability
• Transfer decoration – for more complex graphics
• UV colour decoration – modern technology
• Digital colour printing – photorealistic motifs
• Relief printing – 3D effect
• Laser decoration – precise engraving

How many colours can be used in screen printing?

We offer up to 8-colour printing. In the form, you can choose 1, 2 or 3 colours as standard. If your logo has more colours, the price will be specified individually in the final offer.

We use official Pantone colours for precise shade matching.

What are thermo colours and how do they work?

Thermo colours react to temperature changes – the decoration changes according to the temperature of the drink in the glass. An effective way to enhance glasses for special occasions or promotional purposes.

What is the difference between screen printing and sandblasting?

With sandblasting, the glass surface is disrupted, which can change its properties. The sandblasted area is more difficult to keep clean and dirt can accumulate in it. Screen printing is applied to the glass surface without disrupting it and, unlike sandblasting, allows for coloured decoration.

Does the print withstand dishwasher washing?

Yes, we test our decorations in industrial glass dishwashers for a minimum of 250 wash cycles without any change to the decoration.

We recommend caution when washing in domestic dishwashers, which often use detergents with abrasive components.

Can you guarantee the exact colour shade according to my specification?

Please note: Decoration on glass cannot guarantee an absolutely exact colour shade. However, we always try to match your specification as closely as possible, and in the preview from our graphic designer you will receive colour designations in the PANTONE system.

Glass calibration

Can you provide glasses with calibration marks?

Yes, we are a certified company for glass calibration. Our calibrated glasses meet all applicable legal requirements for public beverage serving.

Do you also offer fill lines without official calibration?

Yes, in addition to calibration, we also offer the option of adding fill lines for approximate volume orientation when pouring drinks.

Creating an enquiry

How do I create an enquiry?

The enquiry process consists of the following steps:

1. Product selection - Select an item in the e-shop by category and volume
2. Enquiry form - After clicking, a form with a preview of the selected product will open
3. Logo upload - Upload your logo (we recommend vector format)
4. Decoration adjustment - Adjust the placement, size of the logo and add text
5. Specification - Select the number of colours, quantity and calibration if required
6. Notes - Add your required delivery date or special instructions
7. Cart review - Check your order and select shipping and payment
8. Billing details - Enter the correct billing information and submit your enquiry

What format should I submit my logo/decoration in?

Recommended format: Vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) "in curves"

If you submit your logo in a different format, we will try to convert it, but you will be charged a fee for this work. Vector format guarantees the highest quality decoration and allows for precise adherence to your specification.

Can I save my decoration design for later use?

Yes, the design you create in the preview can be saved and used for decorating other selected items.

Who is responsible for copyright?

The person placing the order is responsible for the copyright of the decorations used and must be authorised to use the artwork for the decoration.

Process after submitting an enquiry

What happens after I submit my enquiry?

After submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with a summary. We recommend also checking your spam folder.

Your enquiry will first be reviewed by our graphic designer, who will verify the usability of the artwork and ask you to supplement it if necessary. They will then prepare a decoration preview.

How is the order processed?

After submitting your enquiry, our graphic designer will create a preview of the actual decoration design, taking into account the shape of the glass and technological possibilities. Our sales representative will review it, add the shipping cost, adjust the decoration price if necessary, and specify the expected completion date. We will then send you the prepared offer for approval.

After you confirm the offer, you will be redirected to online payment via PayPal (if you chose this method), or you will receive a proforma invoice the next business day. Once we receive your payment, the order is sent to production.

After production is complete, we will inform you about pickup or shipping options. After delivery, we will issue the final invoice with the actual delivered quantity. Any overpayment will be refunded to your account.

How does order approval work?

After review by the graphic designer, the enquiry is passed to our sales representative, who adds prices and completion date. They will then send you a final offer by email with a link where you can review the preview, price and terms. Here you can:

• Confirm (and thereby place a binding order)
• Return with a request for modification
• Cancel

When does production of my order start?

Production starts immediately after we receive your payment.

Decoration on customer-supplied glass

Do you also decorate glass supplied by the customer?

Yes, decoration on customer-supplied glass is possible, but it is generally not economically advantageous. First, we must test whether the surface treatment, glass thickness and glass shape allow for decoration. The customer must deliver their glass at their own expense to our production facility, and a production loss of up to 3% should be expected.

Payment

What are the payment terms?

For all orders, we require 100% payment in advance based on the approved final offer.

How can I pay?

After approving the offer, you can pay:

• PayPal - instant payment via payment gateway
• Bank transfer - based on a proforma invoice, which you will receive the next business day

Important for companies: Enter your VAT number correctly for invoicing without VAT (especially for international orders). Later changes are problematic.

Delivery and complaints

What are the shipping options?

You can choose:

• Personal pickup at our branch in the Czech Republic
• Shipping by courier - we ship goods on pallets to minimise the risk of damage during transport

How is shipping charged for multiple items?

When ordering multiple items, shipping is charged and paid separately for each item. However, we always try to ship the entire order together. We will refund the saved shipping costs based on the final invoice.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

When receiving the shipment, it is essential to check for damage. Any damage to the packaging or contents must be noted in the delivery receipt from the courier. Only in this case can we refund you for the damaged goods.

For breweries

Do you do orders for breweries?

Yes, breweries are one of our main segments. We offer a complete service including:

• Beer glasses of all types (pints, thirds, mugs, goblets)
• Screen printing in up to 8 colours
• Certified calibration according to applicable legislation
• Thermo colours for special editions

What is the minimum quantity for breweries?

The minimum order is 144 pieces. For larger breweries, we prepare individual price offers.

For wineries

Do you offer glass decoration for wineries?

Yes, we have a special programme for winemakers including:

• Tasting glasses with logo
• Wine glasses of various shapes and volumes
• Carafes with engraving
• Complete tasting sets

For restaurants and hotels

Do you do custom decoration for hospitality venues?

I'm having trouble uploading my logo

Our graphic designer will contact you if there are problems with the artwork. Please respond promptly to requests for additional information and submit the correct formats according to our instructions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

• Before approval: Yes, via the link in the offer email
• After payment: Changes are not possible, production has started
